Hi, I’m Laura. Nice to meet you!
I love photography but you probably already knew that. So here are some things you might not know: I love to bake, kick ass at movie trivia, and love boxing (with enough black eyes over the years to prove it).

I studied photography here in Halifax and instead of attending graduation I hopped on a plane to New York where I got to work with some great wedding photographers and interned at ‘The Knot’ magazine. I really enjoyed the people in NYC, the museums, the buildings, oh and the pizza, but a year and a half of NYC was enough. Nova Scotia is my HOME (and there is a really cute guy here I just couldn’t stay away from any longer).

So it’s me, the cute guy, our little place in downtown Dartmouth, and some big plans. I take the ferry (or sometimes my awesome red bike) everyday across the harbour to my studio located on the Halifax waterfront. That’s me in a nutshell.
